Returns and fulfilment

Products sold by B1

Applicable shipping estimates, cancellation terms, and return eligibility will be shown during Shopify checkout or in the order confirmation. A displayed lead time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Final terms depend on the configured product, destination, and condition of return.

Partner-retailer purchases

When a product links to another retailer, that retailer is the seller of record. Its shipping, payment, return, warranty, and customer-service policies apply. B1 cannot authorize or guarantee a partner return.

Quote-only equipment

A quote request is not an order. Pricing, configuration, delivery, installation, tax, and return terms become binding only when stated in an accepted commercial agreement.
