Information we collect

Inquiry and quote forms collect the fields you choose to submit, such as name, email, organization, optional phone, project context, and message. We also process a short-lived, one-way network identifier for abuse prevention. We do not ask for health or medical data.

B1 also stores catalogue administration records, product media, and aggregate affiliate-click records. Affiliate-click reports contain the product, partner destination, and time—not payment details.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond, operate the inquiry service, protect it from misuse, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

When Shopify commerce is enabled, Shopify processes carts, checkout, payment, customer accounts, order history, and fulfilment information under its own service and privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in the site’s protected database. Access is limited to people who need it to respond. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal obligations, and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified.

Sharing and location

Service providers may process data to host and secure this site. Data may be processed outside your province or country and may be subject to local law.

Your choices

Use the Contact page to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Do not send sensitive personal information through these forms.
